Mitsuboshi make Timing belts are available in various series depending on the pitch like XL series(1/5th of an inch), L series (3/8th of an inch), H series (1/2 inch), 3M series (3mm pitch), 5M series (5 mm pitch), 8M series (8 mm pitch) and 14M series (14 mm pitch)
5M, 8M and 14M series are also available in super-torque grade, which has got better life compared to conventional series
Ribbed Timing belts that are used in Rieter ring frames are also available.
Mitsuboshi make Variator Speed Belts and GoodYear make Variator Speed Belts can also be sourced from us.
We maintain a huge inventory of the main drive belt used in G5/1 ring frames - 1700 x 70 mm and that used in LR 6 ring frame - 1745 x 62 mm. 1745 x 62 mm variator belts are available with Kevlar cord
Double-side cogged variator belts (DCVS) are also available with Textile Engineering Agencies.
We also supply NITTA JAPAN OE Rotor Belts (TFL 10S, TFL 7S, LA 750S…) and opening roller belts. Nylon sandwich endless belts (flat belts) in grades of RPR 1000, FPL, LPL, FPF, RPR grooved, S140, S250 and NITTA grades are being catered according to the customer's size requirements.
Polyurethene rope (PU rope) in various diameters like 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm are also available. This can also be supplied in endless form in sizes as required by the customer
